High School Photoshops Female Students' Yearbook Pics

A high school in Utah is getting attention for Photoshopping several female students' yearbook photos. The yearbook staff at Wasatch High School decided that some of the ladies were wearing clothing that violated the school's dress code on picture day, so they digitally added more clothing to the photos without the students' (or parents') knowledge or permission.

Some say that the school should be stricter about enforcing the dress code; others think it's silly that "bare arms" are even an issue. What's your take?

Original photos on the left, altered photos on the right. In the first two, the girls' shoulders were covered; in the third, the young lady's cleavage and tattoo were removed.
